Mr. Omidire is a multi-disciplinary professional. He graduated in Law from the University of Ife, Nigeria, (now Obafemi Awolowo University) with a 2nd class upper degree in 1984, and a B+ LL.M from the same university in December 1987. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in August 1985, and obtained an MBA from the Ogun State University. He was at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, from July 2004 till June 2005, and he recently completed a Diploma course in Foundations of Graphic Design at the University of Cape Town. Mr. Omidire is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of England; the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK; and the Outsourcing Institute. He is also a certified facilitator of the Leading for Performance and Social Styles programmes of Wilson Learning Systems of the United Kingdom. He lectured Law at both Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Lagos and later worked at Dunlop Nigeria Plc as its first Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. 

Mr. Omidire was at different times Company Secretary to three publicly quoted companies, namely; Dunlop Nigeria Plc, DN Meyer Plc and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc for a period spanning 15 years. He joined Guaranty Trust Bank Plc as a Senior Manager in July 1996. He rose to the position of General Manager responsible for the strategic management of the Bank's legal services and corporate secretariat, administration and facilities management, corporate affairs, safety and security and special projects. Mr. Omidire coordinated the team responsible for the aggressive development of the Bank's branch network in the wake of Banks' recapitalisation. As the Legal Adviser to GTBank for over 10 years, he was responsible (as in-house counsel) for the documentation of several transactions including the Eurobond, the Bank's GDR, financial transactions with multilateral institutions like IFC, Afrexim and FMO as well as the listing of the Bank's shares on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Omidire was at different times, Managing Director of Guaranty Trust Assurance Plc (now Mansard) and GTHomes Limited. He retired from GTBank in April 2009. 

An accomplished trainer and prolific writer with publication in books and leading journals locally and offshore, Kolapo facilitates on some seminars at the Lagos Business School. He currently consults for a number of firms involved in strategy and provides advisory services and training in Law, Management, Banking, Insurance and Personal Development. 

TOFARATI AGUSTO (Managing Director)

Mr Agusto co-founded WSTC Financial Services Limited (WSTC) in 1991. At WSTC, he provides leadership in areas of Strategy and Policy. He also handles top end relationship management, marketing across product lines and supervises all major transactions. 

Prior to co-founding WSTC, Tofarati Agusto had over 10 years of professional accounting practice and industry experience. He joined SCOA Nigeria Plc, a quoted French multinational conglomerate, in 1985 where he served in managerial positions and gained experience in Internal Audit, Financial & Management Accounting and Taxation. He left SCOA in 1990 as the Head of its Group Management Control Department. Prior to this, Tofarati Agusto worked with Akintola Williams Deloitte between 1980 and 1985. Whilst there, he rendered a range of accounting, auditing and consulting services to clients in banking, insurance, trading and manufacturing industries. 

Tofarati Agusto is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (the equivalent of the ACCA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He serves on the Board of CrusaderSterling Pensions Limited (a Pension Fund Administrator), IBFCAlliance Limited (a Business and Training Consultancy Service Provider) and Naira Properties Ltd (a subsidiary of The Nigerian Stock Exchange). He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School. 

He was also until recently, a member of the Governing Councils of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and Lagos State University (LASU). 

MALLAM (DR) MISBAHU BELLO (Non-Executive Director)

Mallam Bello is currently the Managing Director of MBS Merchants Limited. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, and an MBA in Marketing from the same University before proceeding to the prestigious London School of Business and Finance for another Short Intensive MBA in General Management. He obtained another MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Institute for Transformative Thought and Learning in Phoenix Arizona, USA and currently pursuing a PhD programme in Political Economy from SMC University, Switzerland.

Mallam (Dr.) Misbahu Bello Sani is a Fellow at the Institute of Corporate Management and Strategic Planning, Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (USA), Chartered Management Institution (UK). He is a Certified International Project Manager, and a Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute, UK.

He was awarded Doctorate Degree Honoris Causa in Business Management and Pragmatic Leadership by the Commonwealth University of Dominica.

IDUNNU O. OYEBOLU (Non-Executive Director)

Mrs Oyebolu is the owner and CEO of Quivesti Services, which provides private tutoring and educational advisory services under the brand name Quivesti Learning.  After leaving Bi-Courtney, and prior to setting up Quivesti Learning in 2016, she worked as a business consultant and provided business advisory, consultancy, property investment, development and management services to clients.  From 2007-2011, she worked for the Bi-Courtney Group initially as a Project Director, and later as CEO of Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited.  Mrs Oyebolu was employed at United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) from 1997-2006.  Her varied roles included Head of Retail Banking Market Segmentation, Head of (business) Integration Office, Head of International Sector, Head of Asset Management, Chief Financial Officer, Head of the Human Capital Management and Head of Business Process Re-engineering.  From 1992-1997, Mrs Oyebolu worked at Agusto & Co. Limited as a Supervising/Managing Consultant, and later as Head of Business Information Services.  She organised and taught training courses on accounting, finance, and banking, and provided consulting services to financial institutions. She provided bank credit reports; quoted-company investment opinions and published annual industry studies.  Mrs Oyebolu began her banking career at Citibank Nigeria in 1988 and worked in Banking Operations, Corporate Finance and as Deputy Financial Controller.  In 1987, she worked as a summer intern/analyst at The World Bank in Washington DC, USA.  Mrs Oyebolu obtained a BSc Honours Degree in Mathematics and Physics at Kings’ College, University of London, in June 1985.  Three years later, in May 1988, she graduated with an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, USA having majored in Finance.

MUYIWA OBILEYE (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Olumuyiwa Obileye is an international Finance Director and Management Consultant with vast experience in Strategy, Operations and Transformation. He has proven records of excellence and consistent achievement in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Business Services. He is the managing Partner of 0, a UK based business and finance consultancy firm which he founded in 2011. Prior to setting up OOB consultancy he was Senior Director, Finance, Outsourcing and Legal Operations at Daiichi –Sankyo Development Ltd. A global Japanese pharmaceutical company with Revenue of $12 billion. Daiichi Sankyo has operations in over 60 countries. Vice President - Group Financial Planning and Analysis at Actavis Group – One of the world’s largest generics pharmaceutical companies with Revenue of $2.7 billion. A multinational organization with 21 manufacturing facilities. Actavis has commercial offices in and sells to over 40 and 80 countries respectively. Executive Director and Controller, Finance at Chiron Vaccines – The world’s 5th largest Vaccines producer and leading business unit of Chiron Corporation –$1.8 billion revenue. Associate Director, and Head of Finance and Procurement – UK and Europe at Millennium Pharmaceuticals – European subsidiary of Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc. (now Takeda) – a leading biopharmaceutical company - $5 Billion market capitalization. Senior Finance Manager, EMEA & Commercial Manager at Proctor & Gamble – (European division of the world’s largest FMCG Company). Senior Finance Manager - EMEA Distributor Markets at Bristol Myers Squibb Consumer Products (Clairol) - subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb: The $80 billion (MV), global healthcare company. Mr. Obileye received his chartered accountancy training at ZO Ososanya & Co (the Nigerian affiliate of KMG International in the 1980s). He is member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. He studied Economics at the University of Benin and earned his MBA from Henley Business School, UK. He has attended numerous management development programs in Europe and in the USA.
