She was also part of the team at, Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), a multilateral development financial institution and Smith Whiley & Co, a Private Equity firm. Kike has a BSc. Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, an MBA from IIT, Stuart Graduate School of Business Chicago, and an Executive Mastère Spécialisé® (MSc.) in Consulting and Coaching for Change from the HEC Paris and University of Oxford, UK
