Olutola Omotola is an accomplished corporate lawyer, corporate governance expert, banker, and social entrepreneur with nearly three decades of leadership experience in Nigeria's financial services industry.

She served as Executive Director, Corporate Services at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (GTBank) from 2011 to 2018, overseeing Legal, Company Secretariat, General Administration, Procurement, Branch Development, Agent Banking, and Cost Management. She also served as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to GTBank and as a Non-Executive Director of GTBank Ghana and GTBank Gambia.

Mrs. Omotola has contributed to corporate governance through appointments on the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria's Technical Committee for the National Code of Corporate Governance and the Board of the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC). She is also the Founder of Tola's Touch Company Ltd and the Iyadunni Women Empowerment Foundation.

She holds LL.B, BL, LL.M, and MBA degrees and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom/Nigeria and an Honorary Member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
